Through experience, Emporium has established a short list of “preferred manufacturers” that have all the relevant API & ISO certification required.
Emporium has taken this a stage further and developed its own standards and specifications, which are continually audited and reviewed to ensure that these strict standards are maintained.
Throughout the manufacturing process, Emporium engineers are on site, accommodating any fine-tuning and design solutions, further ensuring the quality of product.
Emporium has developed its own acceptance testing process that exceeds conventional Factory Acceptance Testing. Prior to shipping the entire unit is fully rigged up and a unique 24 hour full-loading “dry-drilling” quality test performed. This gives the client peace of mind that when the rig arrives on location, it is ready to go straight to work.
Emporium provides unequaled after sales service, including rig up support, warranty interface and supply of spare parts.
We can even provide operational management of the rigs if required.
